Introduction
This Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”) outlines the acceptable use of Sailhouse’s beta services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy as well as our Terms of Use.
Beta Usage
During the beta period, each user is limited to a maximum of 1,000 events per month. Events beyond this limit will not be processed in that given month.
We reserve the right to enforce this limitation strictly, and repeated attempts to circumvent this limit may result in the termination of your access to the Services as outlined in our Terms of Use.
Changes to Policy
Please note that this Policy, including the monthly event limit, may be changed at any time without notice. We recommend that you regularly check this Policy to be aware of any updates.
Transition to Paid Services
Upon the introduction of our paid services, the event limit, along with other service guarantees, will be reviewed and revised according to the chosen subscription package. These terms will be defined in our Pricing and Subscription Agreement, which will provide you with the necessary information to understand your entitlements and obligations under the chosen plan.
Once paid services are introduced, certain guarantees that are not provided during the beta period will be introduced. These may include service level agreements, customer support guarantees, and service availability guarantees.
